i went to a doctor about the groin irritated skin and he prescribed bactrician zinc ointment or something
after a week of use it went away but then my scrotum started itching and it too had irritated skin that hurts whenever i sweat, so it stings
people have recommended baby powder to keep the area dry, and vaseline to moisutirize the area in case it is dry skin
my question is that, which one should i use, can i use both, and should i still use the bacitrician zinc ointment even though its past a weeks a time since my doctor told me to stop using it?I have a jock itch, does it mix with either vaseline, baby powder or bactrician zinc anti ointment cream?
You mix powder with vaseline and you are going to have a mess. You need to go back to your doc and get something stronger, like a fungicide.
Or you could wear a maxi pad. Just kidding.I have a jock itch, does it mix with either vaseline, baby powder or bactrician zinc anti ointment cream?
I used to work construction and frequently had this problem. Baby powder worked everytime. I think Vaseline actually makes the problem worse because it holds in moisture.
its from not washing yourself %26gt;_%26gt; hope it falls off
Go back to what the doc had you use. Never use vaseline on any kind of rash. It does not moisturize, but is rather like putting a coating of thick oil on the rash and it will cause severe itching. Avoid powder as well because it can irritate the area even more. Do not use any kind of moisturizer on jock itch. It will only make things worse. Use what the doc gave you. That's the best and smartest way to go.
yeah go get some lamisil jock itch creme the stuff will get rid of the itch and in a couple days it should stop burning when you sweat... i had the same problem and i tried using baby powder but honestly it burned when i put it on, and although it was dry it didn't help.
You need antifungal cream. You should be able to buy from pharmacy
don't put Vaseline on it.get a powder for jock itch,or anti fungal spray.

Zinc white -Chemical name: Zinc(II)-oxide --ZnO
Talcum powder --- is a mineral composed of hydrated magnesium silicate with the chemical formula H2Mg3(SiO3)4 or Mg3Si4O10(OH)2.
Washing Soda ---- Sodium carbonate --Na2CO3
Vetsin--Monosodium glutamate or MSG is the sodium salt of glutamate. When MSG is added to foods, it provides a similar flavoring function as the glutamate that occurs naturally in food. MSG is comprised of nothing more than water, sodium, and glutamate.
Pyrite :The mineral pyrite, or iron pyrite, is iron sulfide, FeS2. It has isometric crystals that usually appear as cubes.
Chlorophyll :Chlorophyll is a green pigment found in most plants, algae, and cyanobacteria. Its name is derived from ancient Greek: chloros = green and phyllon = leaf. Chlorophyll absorbs light most strongly in the blue and red but poorly in the green portions of the electromagnetic spectrum, hence the green color of chlorophyll-containing tissues like plant leaves.
Chlorophyllotion is a chlorin pigment, which is structurally similar to and produced through the same metabolic pathway as other porphyrin pigments such as heme. At the center of the chlorin ring is a magnesium ion. The chlorin ring can have several different side chains, usually including a long phytol chain. There are a few different forms that occur naturally:
Chlorophyll a Molecular formula :C55H72O5N4Mg , Chlorophyll b C55H70O6N4Mg

Zinc oxide, white powder?
zinc oxide (a white powder) is heated. There is no change in weight but the white powder turned pale yellow on heating.
It turned white again on cooling.
What's the name the white powder left at the end of the experiment?Zinc oxide, white powder?
It's still zinc oxide. Zinc oxide turns yellow upon heating and white upon cooling without altering its chemical composition.
