Chewable and powder vitamins vs. hard tablets.?

If one's digestion %26amp; metabolism is functioning properly-which is best? Re: 'hard tabs';-do they metabolize fully or are lost in urine, etc.? Thanks.Chewable and powder vitamins vs. hard tablets.?
In order to cram all that good stuff into a small volume, hard tablets have massive pressure placed upon them in their production - so much so that your body is not up to the task of breaking them down. Amazingly, doctors who perform endoscopies, and nurses who administer colonics, constantly see these pills, with even their brand names still visibly etched on their surfaces! 'Centrum'. Haha... Powder is my favorite way to go. And my favorite of that is the brand 'Source of Life'. This 'Energy Shake' is a great product. http://smallplanethealth.com/natures-plu鈥?/a>

A really tasty way to take it - and it serves as a meal replacement - is to take a spoon (included) or so of the powder, and mix it with orange juice, half a banana, and a little bit of vanilla. - all in a 'Magic Bullet' cup for greatest ease. http://www.buythebullet.com/

Plus you look really hardcore walking around drinking this bright green smoothie.
