The essential component of building muscles is protein. Most body building program suggest you need at least one gram of protein for 1 lb of body weight daily. Whey protein powders is the most used source of protein (besides protein-rich foods like egg whites, meats, nuts). A brand that I would recommend for whey is Optimum 100% Whey Gold Standard. http://bodybuilding.com/store/opt/whey.html It tastes pretty good, mixes well compared to other powders, and gives you 24 grams of protein per scoop of powder.
Other important supplements you could use to gain muscles are creatine and glutamine. Creatine increases the muscle size and glutamine helps maintain muscles and helps recovery between workouts.

Eat lots of protein.
Eat lots of protein. If you're looking for a way to get a little bit more protein in your diet in addition to your meails, try soy protein shakes. You can get them at any GNC type place. Mix it with milk, not water. It's pretty disgusting with water.
Finally, people with some sense answering a question.
I agree, eating more natural protein might do the trick for you just fine. If you are in bulding mode, you may want to consider eating a number of grams of protein equal to your body weight. (i.e., if you're 200 lbs, then eat 200 g protein) It's tough, but possible.
You may want to try some protein powders. Try egg or rice protein powders.
Stay away from stuff like creatine, etc.
