Do corn snakes need uvb lighting and vitamin powder?

help pleaseDo corn snakes need uvb lighting and vitamin powder?
UVb lighting is considered unnecessary for most snakes, but the use can still be beneficial. I have used bulbs that have low UV measurements, fluorescent 2.0 reptile bulbs or fluorescent full spectrum plant/aquarium bulbs.

just a few useful sites about reptiles and UV lighting in general

No, they do not need UVB lighting. They are nocturnal, which means they only come out at night and they hide during the day. They do need under tank heat mats. No vitamins are needed if they are being fed a good quality rodent. I recommend frozen/thawed. Check out the corn snake forum for lots of expert advice! :)
