There would be no side effects as your skin acts as a barrier and therefore it wouldn't absorb into your blood stream. I truthfully don't think its going to make a difference for you.......if it did everyone would be squeezing orange juice onto their skin :)What would be the side effects of me putting powdered Vitamin C and Vitamin E into my favorite lotion?
Dont think anything will happen unless your are allergic to it...those vitamins are supposed to be really good for your skin.
