How is it produced both industrially and small scale and what methods would be most efficient and cost effective?How is zinc powder manufactured?
It is made in grinding machines which produce a mixture of chunks of all sizes. The mixed sizes are put thru screens, which separate the big chunks from the small. The small pieces are packaged, and the oversize pieces are returned to the grinder to be re-ground.
