Gatorade is good DURING and ONLY DURING exersize. It has a lot of sugar which is good for immediate energy. I usually add some sugar to my gatorade and drink it warm to get the most but only because I exercise intensely. Get into a habit of drinking more water, trust me you don't drink enough.
EDIT: Stay away from fiber SUPPLEMENTS. Natural fiber from vegetables is good but stuff like metamucil will throw off your digestive system and lead to dependency.
