Also, do I have to put it in one of those 3 oz. bottles and in a ziplock bag? Or can I just bring the original bottle.

just bring the original bottle. it's not liquid so it's okay. Plus bomb sniffing dogs can tell whether its drugs or not.. My relative is a flight attendant, and she brings her foot powder, makeup, etc. wherever she goes here in the US and abroad.
