Does baby powder help with not making your feet swell?

and if not... what helps it....











because my feet swell and i want them to fit perfectly in these shoes, that fit me but are a itty bit snug...dont say buy a bigger size shoe.Does baby powder help with not making your feet swell?
What shoes do you want to wear? If they are dress shoes, wear stockings can help a lot, because you are less likely to get blisters and your feet won't get sticky. Now they sell stockings and pantyhose without toes.





Also if you wear them a lot in your house before wearing it outside will help break in your shoes.
